Aruj Industries Limited installed a complete Dyeing and Processing set up in 2011. The Dyeing Division is specialised in processing narrow width fabric which is used mainly by Woven Garments Manufacturers. The Dyeing Division is capable of processing 1 Million linear meters monthly. Dyeing Division is equipped with state of the art modern European Machinery.
Aruj Dyeing Division is processing Cotton Fabrics, Cotton Stretch Fabrics, Cotton Polyester Fabrics, Polyester Stretch Fabrics. Aruj Dyeing Division is doing Reactive Dyeing, VAT Dyeing, Disperse Dyeing, Pigment Dyeing, and Sulphur Dyeing. Using all Dyeing Methods like Cold Pad Batch, Pad Dry Cure, Pad Dry Pad Chemical, Exhaust Dyeing.
- Pre Treatment
Oshthoff Singeing
• Singeing/Desizing Machine is from Osthoff Germany and working width is 90”.
• There is one Brushing and Dusting collection unit Pre Singeing.
• Padder is from Osthoff with Air Pressure.
• There are two gas burner to Singe both side of fabric.
• One chemical Impregnation Tank of cloth contents 20 Meter.
• There are 10 Rotation stand for A-Frame rotation for Dwell Time.Two Stage Kusters Bleaching Plant
• One Bleaching range from Kuster Germany
• It’s working width 72”.
• There are two Steamers one for Scouring and one for Bleaching.
• Each Steamer has double straight stand of 60 meter and cloth contents on Roller bed are 600~800 meter.
• Each Impregnation tank cloth content of 20 meter. Both Impregnation padders are Hydraulic Pressure from Kuster.
• There are 5 Pre Washing and six post working.
• One Drying range consists of 30 steam cylinders.Benninger Mercerizing
• Mercerizing Machine is from Benninger.
• Its working width is 72” with roller tubes.
• Cloth contents is Mercerizing zone are 30 meter and stabilizing zone are 35 meter
• Total no. washing are 6.
• Cloth consist of each working is 20 meterCaustic Recovery Plant
• Caustic Recovery Plant is from Rafea Engineering
• Its working capacity is 4000 Kg/hour weakly to generated 30®B concentrated caustic lye.- Dyeing
Monforts Thermosole
• Thermosol Machine is from Monforts Germany working width is 66”.
• It’s Padder from Kuster Germany with hydraulic pressure.
• No of Gas infrared Pre dyper are 2
• No of Heating Chamber with oil Heating System are 3
• Total cloth contents of Machine are 150 meter
• Temperature can be achieved up to 220®C.Cold Pad Batch

• Pad Steam Dyeing Machine is from Benninger working width is 68”.
• Padding system is made of Benninger with Air Pressure
